
Mark Stein, President of InfinityHR, a comprehensive human resource firm, based in Louisville, Kentucky, has spent the past nineteen years resolving organizational and interpersonal conflict. He has resolved over 2000 disputes, ranging from EEOC matters to workplace violence issues.

Stein is the co-author of the book, Resolving Conflict Once and For All, (Harmony House, 1997.) As a consultant for the U.S. Departments of Justice and Education, he has facilitated the creation of mediation programs in fourteen states, including three statewide programs. An International Mediation Consultant, Stein has also conducted training in Dublin, Ireland and the Cayman Islands.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University, Mr. Stein has been featured on the “Oprah Winfrey Show” and has testified before the President’s Commission on the Future of Worker/Management Relations.

George Harrison is a former senior human resource manager for UPS, responsible for employee relations for the Air Group Headquarters located in Louisville, Kentucky. With experience in all aspects of human resource management, Mr. Harrison specializes in conflict resolution, employment regulations, and contract negotiations.

Originally from Danbury, Connecticut, Harrison attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has the SPHR certification in human resources.

Greg Gapsis has twenty years experience as a corporate lawyer, initially in the maritime and energy industries while based in New Orleans and then as International Counsel for a Fortune 500 multinational. He has extensive experience in a variety of cultural settings and before various courts and regulatory agencies. His knowledge of business and commercial legal issues is vast and permits him to proactively represent his client’s interests.

A graduate of the University of Washington and the Tulane University School of Law, Mr. Gapsis brings both broad experience and highly developed analytical skills to the table in helping people and businesses achieve successful, cost-effective results.

Thomas has over two decades of international training and
development experience with IBM Europe in Paris, France.
Work in this diverse, productive workplace has given her special insights

Ms. Thomas also initiates projects to help refugees and immigrants
successfully join and thrive in our American workforce.

graduate of Georgetown College, Middlebury College, and the Sorbonne, Ms. Thomas
has
worked in the language departments of Jefferson Community College and the
University of Louisville.
She has done consulting in psychometric testing and feedback tools for
the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), in Brussels, Belgium.
