In the time it would take to fully discuss a dispute situation with an attorney, one can almost always RESOLVE the matter in mediation! 

Mediation of commercial disputes almost never exceeds one full day - with most lasting only one-half a day.  And since the parties SPLIT the cost of mediation, the cost savings are enormous.

Plus, future business saved in "word of mouth" advertising is more than worth the cost of mediation:  "Satisfied customers tell a friend.  Dissatisfied customers tell TEN!"
