Becoming a Facilitative Manager, Using Mediation

Out with the old.  In with the new.  The theory and purpose of management has changed dramatically over the past decade with top down, dictatorial models yielding way to the more subtle facilitative management style.  Yet few managers have mastered the art. 

Mediation is the perfect tool to integrate facilitative management principles into meetings, supervisor/employee negotiations, and dispute situation between two or more employees.  This interactive training will introduce, explain and demonstrate how to utilize the mediation process in a variety of work place settings, giving ample opportunity for examination and experimentation through role play and discussion.
