- Secure the willingness of the other parties to participate.

-Pay your deposit using a major credit card.  (See fee schedule.)

- Register your case by completing our online application form.

- Once all parties have paid their deposit, schedule your case.

- Install your hardware and test your system.  (Instructions). If you are purchasing your own hardware, click here for recommendations.

- We confirm your mediation date with all parties.

- Conduct online web mediation conference (95% success rate.)
