Video-Conferencing Mediation Fee Schedule

Hourly Fee: $75.00 per party* per hour.

To schedule a video-conferencing mediation session we require a deposit of three hours per party plus a $100. non-refundable registration fee (includes webcam/microphone) or $50. non-refundable registration fee (if you have or secure your own webcam/microphone.

Total required deposit: $325. (incl. cam/mic) $275. (secure your own cam/mic.  Recommended hardware.)

If more than three hours is needed and all parties agree to continue the session, we will bill in 3 hour increments. We will refund any unused hourly fee to all parties at the end of the process.

*A party consists of one "side" of a dispute.  (Ex: in a divorce case, each spouse is a party.  In a real estate dispute between a buyer, a seller and a real estate agent, each would represent one party even if there is a husband and wife present as buyer and seller.)
