Here's how to install your hardware and test the system:

-Install your webcam according to instructions.  Connect your microphone or headset/mic to the appropriate ports on your computer.  

- Follow the instructions to download the software for the video-conferencing system. 

- On the same page, click on the "pre-test" link to test the system with your hardware.

If you have ANY problems installing your hardware or testing the video-conferencing system, please contact Webconference.com.  Tell them you have a webconference scheduled with one of their clients, MediationFirst.com and need some technical assistance.
