Here's the easiest way to schedule a video-conference mediation:

(If you have email addresses of all disputing parties):

-Go to www.evite.com and register as a new user.

-Under "plan an event" tab, choose professional event, meeting.  

-Under date and time, select "Let Guests Suggest a Date and Time."

-Under "Let guests select a date and time," put five (5) dates and times that work for you beginning two/three weeks from the date you are entering them.

-Under location, put Mark Stein, MediationFirst, 502-897-3020. Video-conference mediation.

- Under guest list, put mstein@mediationfirst.com and the email addresses of all other disputing parties.

-Under "Message to guests," put something like. "Greetings: I would like to schedule a video-conferencing mediation session to resolve our dispute concerning (nature of dispute) with the online mediation firm, Mediation First.  Please review their services at www.mediationfirst.com and complete the steps required for us to resolve this matter using their company.  If you have questions regarding this process, please contact mediator, Mark Stein at the above web address. 

I look forward to the possibility that we can resolve this matter, quickly, positively and inexpensively.

-Send the evite to all parties and Mr. Stein.  As soon as all parties have responded, quickly contact Stein at mstein@mediationfirst.com with the date that all parties have selected.  Our office will confirm the date with all parties.  (Remember, a mediation session will not be scheduled until deposits have been received from all disputing parties.  (See fee schedule.)

(If  you do not have email addresses of all disputing parties):

-Contact all parties by telephone and get three (3) dates/times that work for all parties beginning two/three weeks from the date you are calling.

-Send those dates/times to mstein@mediationfirst.com, who will confirm the earliest available date. (Remember, a mediation session will not be scheduled until deposits have been received from all disputing parties.  (See fee schedule.)
